Tibetan Singing Bowls have been used for centuries for healing and meditation purposes. It is a type of energy medicine that promotes healing from stress, anxiety, pain, depression and many illnesses. The complex waves of sound vibrations awaken our ability to hear and feel these frequencies with our entire body. These rhythmic vibrations restore harmony in our system, creating balance of mind, body and soul.
In this interactive workshop you will:
Learn the benefits of sound healing on your overall health
Learn and practice the basic skills of playing singing bowls
Learn how to give a sound bowl healing
Receive a sound bowl healing from a partner
Learn how to play a bowl on yourself for self healing
Michelle will facilitate a group sound healing session following this workshop from 5:30 to 7pm. Please register separately for that event. REGISTER
