Are you new to yoga or just starting a yoga practice? In this informational and experiential two-part yoga workshop, you will learn how to use simple, safe and effective yoga poses with breath work for releasing stress and tension. Optimize and synergize your mental and physical health in this fun class.


In each workshop you will learn:


  • Pose Breakdown - Learn proper yoga postures and alignment for safety and health benefits.

  • Breath Work - Connect the body, mind and spirit for health and wellness.

  • Yoga Flow - Combine breath and yoga postures in a slow moving flow to create a simple practice with overall maximum benefits.

  • Bring water and a yoga mat.


Patricia Switzer, RYT-200, CHHC, RMT is passionate about conveying yoga’s safety and benefits. Her straightforward yet gentle approach uses key yogic information, illuminating body awareness while combining both breath work and yoga. She also is a Certified Health Coach, Traditional Reiki Master and Shamanic Reiki Master Practitioner, teaching workshops, and providing private sessions at The Center for Health and Healing in Mt Kisco,
